Bali Hotel Bookings is a legal service and provided by Bali
Trip International .
Bali Hotel Bookings is fully responsible for the security of
customer's identity and reservation data transferred by
Internet.
Bali Hotel Bookings guarantees that you will have the
quality of services from the hotels or resorts as stated in
this service. The quality of services is fully depends on the
prestige of hotel(s), villa(s) or resort(s) chosen and shall
be fully responsible for its services to the customer.
ONLINE RESERVATION:
Online Hotels Reservation is a service that provides an
available accommodation with availability to reserve it
online. This service is legal including reservation and net
rates from hotels or other tour operators. For Online Hotels
Reservation, American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast
(CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated
in the services. Actually in the most hotels are
breakfast include. All hotel rates are per room per night,
based on 1 or 2 people occupying the room. Some villas room
could accommodate more that 2 people, please read carefully on
room and bed configuration. All rates quoted in US $ and some
in IDR are inclusive of 10 % Service Charge and 11%
Government Tax.
All rooms and accommodation are subject to availability.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
After filling out the online reservation form you will
get our information as soon as possible ( It will take one or
two working days ) but usually we could work less than
that. If the room at your selected hotel is not available at
the time, our staff will notify you an alternative hotel with
similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively
your request will be put on waiting list. After the
reservation confirmation informed, we require your
credit card details as payment or as the reservation guarantee,
deposit or as full payment for bookings
depending of the reservation policy of the contractor.
Minimum length of stay is based on 1 (one) night.
Short notice of reservation will be handled according to
room availability of the hotel. However, we shall normally
require 14 (fourteen) days in advance.
RATES AND VALIDITY
Most of the rates are quoted in US$ (United States Dollars) at
current rates of exchange, and are valid from 01 April 2009 to 31 March
2010. (Note: some hotels have rate period
until December 31, 2009). All rates are NET (includes tax
& service charge otherwise stated on remark). Please read
carefully the conditions of the rates before making
reservation.
PAYMENT
There are two payment system.
- Advance payment or
- Payment direct to hotel.
If the hotel(s) or villas management require the advance
payment, it can be made by credit card, bank cheque in US
Dollars, bank transfer or money order. If you wish to pay by
bank cheque or money order, please make it in US Dollars
payable to Bali Trip International .
CREDIT CARD
Payment can be made by credit cards that are accepted by
our payment services provider. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Payments are therefore subject to the approval of such
financial institution/payment services provider and we
shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution/payment services provider refuses to accept or honor the
credit card for any reason. Furthermore, we make no
responsibility to any surcharges made by your credit card
issuer and/or their partner banks. Please check with your
credit card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.
A. ADVANCE PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The payment should be received at least 14 Days prior
arrival at Low Season or 25 Days at a Peak/High Season (even
more, please read on the hotel's reservation conditions
accordingly). All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
The secure website available for online transaction. So,
no credit card copy nor any passport copy required.
For the billing of Credit Cards there is 3 % additional of
bank fee as well and US $ 6 additional handling fee added in
every transaction.
Any subsequent refunds will be based on the
amount and currency actually received by Bali Trip
International. Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because
of these transaction, payment by credit card gives
you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything
should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always
request a refund through your credit card company. The fact
that Bali Trip International's charges are processed
by all major credit card companies demonstrates Bali Trip
International's good track record. All credit card
issuers would refuse to do business with Bali Trip
International if this would create any problems for them.
TRUST and SECURITY are the keys to success of an online
shopping portal." Once these two are breached, our reputation
will be severely damaged. Bali Trip International
believe good customer relationship is more important than
money, therefore we strive to achieve and maintain the highest
level of customer satisfaction.
NOTE: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
HOTEL VOUCHER
After the payment is received in full, a Voucher will
be sent to you via e-mail (or by fax on request). This Voucher
has to be presented in the Hotel during check-in procedure -
please do not lose it.
B. PAYMENT DIRECT TO HOTEL ( One night deposit required
)
If the payment is done upon your arrival/ departure at the
selected hotel(s), a voucher provided after one night
deposit received via our secure website . Please keep the
correspondent and show it upon check in, if required.
CHECK IN
Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself
personally, your voucher, your generated invoice, credit card
and other necessary identification documents for the purposes
of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant
personnel at the Hotels. The Hotels will require you to sign
the generated invoice. The Hotels WILL NOT accept you to
check-in if the name on identification document and credit
card DO NOT match with the name on your generated invoice.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
There is additional fee will be charged for any
change of booking after a confirmation has been issued.
Changes of bookings should be made within 14 days before
arrival in Low Season or 30 days before arrival in High/Peak
Season. Acceptance of any change is subject to availability of
the accommodation booked.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation charges are not levied by Bali Trip
International and Bali Hotel Bookings. However, hotels, tour
operators another contractors do charge cancellation fees
depending on circumstances and certain no show or later
notification. If charged these will be debited to you. Please
read/ask the cancellation policy carefully to avoid
inconveniences.
No refund and reduction will be made to any clients if:
- Unused portion of a tour or sightseeing program.
- Unused accommodation during the course of a tour.
- No Show.
- A booking should be only partly utilized/breakfast,
meals and/or other added values are not taken
transfers between airport and hotel and/or other services
booked are not utilized.
LIABILITY
Bali Hotel Bookings and Bali Trip International acts
as intermediary between the concerned hotels, resorts, tour
operator, local travel agents, airlines, transports operators
and local tourist offices providing the services.
Bali Hotel Bookings and Bali Trip International are
therefore not responsible for any lost, injuries or damages
sustained by the tourists.
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents,
natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be
borne by the customers.
Prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at
the time of confirmation and are therefore subject to change
without advance notice before or during the stay.
Bali Trip International will only impose charges for
hotel room reservation(s). Other expenses incurred by the user
is payable to the Hotel. For instance, the user is required to
pay directly to the Hotel for any extras such as food and
beverages consumed, room services, pay-per-view TV, mini bar
expenditures, telephone charges etc.
