Location
Villa Natalia is one of the select villas at the Karma
Jimbaran estate which is adjacent to the renowned Four
Seasons Hotel in Jimbaran. The villa is conveniently
located only 100 meters from Jimbaran beach, one of the
safest beaches on Bali for swimming, making it a perfect
choice for families with children.
The villa is conveniently situated, 5 km away from Bali
International Airport and twenty minutes from the hustle
and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak.
Villa Natalia is a brand new 4 bedroom villa located
within this exclusive resort.
The estate features 38 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom courtyard
villas, set in walled tropical gardens, each with their
own pool. Each villa features its own unique style, the
result of careful consultation with the owners by
tailoring antiques and furnishings in line with their
preferences.
On arrival at the airport, guests are escorted directly to
their private villa where you can begin your Bali
experience.
Reflecting a blend of Asian and Western architecture, each
villa is surrounded by high limestone walls and bamboo
screens so privacy is ensured at all times. Inside, three
separate thatched buildings overlook a tropical garden,
private swimming pool and a small temple.
The Villa Natalia is built along these lines and lends the
feel of a traditional Balinese compound with its three
buildings with high alang alang thatched roofs in an area
comprising 760 sq. metres with a garden and a 7 x 8 metre
pool.
The Bedrooms
Villa Natalia is a luxury four bedroom villa that provides
you with all the worldly comforts required for
accommodating up to 8 people.
There is a spacious teak floored master bedroom with
opulent bathroom occupying the whole top floor of the main
building and one more spacious self contained bedroom on
the ground floor with its own garden shower area.
The third bedroom stands on its own across the garden
separating it from the main building. This spacious
bedroom incorporates its own garden shower area.
The Fourth bedroom is annexed from the lounge area, ideal
for children.
All of the bedrooms come equipped with en-suite bathrooms
some with tropical garden showers. The large built-in
wardrobes provide ample storage space for the most
demanding of travellers.
Living Areas
In Bali life revolves around open spaces. The spacious
living area has large doors that open fully onto the
garden and pool area, giving a feel of open living. In the
evening these can be closed and the whole lounge and
dining area can be air-conditioned.
The lounge features an oversized coffee table and twin
sofas for your comfort and relaxation. The state of the
art DVD and CD surround sound systems, coupled with the
large flat screen television with satellite connection and
wireless broadband internet access conclude the range of
high tech gadgetry at your disposal in Villa Natalia.
By the pool
Teak sun-beds and tables surround the pool, from where you
can relax amidst the scent of the tropical garden. The
soothing sound of water burbling from a carved limestone
block into the tranquil waters of your private swimming
pool, is the only distraction within the serenity of your
own private tropical paradise.

Di Mare Restaurant
The cuisine concept at di Mare Restaurant is the
brainchild of Raymond Saja, who joins Karma Jimbaran from
Hotel Plaza Athénée in New York City where he led the
culinary team for the last four years.
Central to Saja's cuisine is his belief in maintaining
purity and freshness through the use of the finest
season-driven local ingredients, interspersed with foods
and flavours from around the globe. The Mediterranean menu
that he has conceived for di Mare reflects this principle,
and includes a modern interpretation of a number of
classical dishes alongside a selection of "new age" ideas.
The use of fresh, Balinese produce enhanced with
Mediterranean flavours is evident in the creation of
dishes such as "Jimbaran Bay Red Snapper "Escabeche"-
Preserved Lemon, Cured Tomatoes, Parsley and Basil Coulis"
and "Cumin-braised Grouper - Herb Crust, Roasted
Eggplant-potato puree, ligurian olive sauce, chorizo oil".
The heart of Saja's cuisine is European in taste,
illustrated by dishes such as "Goat Cheese Agnolotti -
Artichokes, Tomato Fondue, Herb Oil, Root Vegetable
Bouillon" whilst time spent in South East Asia and India
is portrayed by dishes such as "Citrus-Cured Salmon -
Jicama Soy and Orange Cool Herb Broth".
Situated alongside the azure lap pool at the heart of the
new villa resort of Karma Jimbaran, di Mare Restaurant is
likely to prove a welcome addition to the Jimbaran
restaurant scene, currently dominated by the beachfront
seafood warung and restaurants of the Four Seasons &
Intercontinental hotels.
Raymond Saja, who at the age of 33 has become one of the
world's most up and coming Chefs, is delighted to be
taking on the challenge of bringing a new style of cuisine
to the area.
During his four-year tenure at the Hotel Plaza Athénée,
both Raymond's talent and vision have been recognised by
The New York Times, New York Post, and New York Magazine.
Most recently, the Conde Nast Gold List Top 100 rated
Arabelle as one of the top 3 Hotel Restaurants in New York
City.
Initially, he joined Plaza Athénée as the Executive Chef
of the award-winning Le Regence, and in 2001 was given the
opportunity to re-launch the hotel's contemporary
restaurant Arabelle.
Prior to Raymond's appointment at the Hotel Plaza Athénée,
he gained experience at Restaurant C.T., where he worked
under the direction of Claude Troisgros and Laurent
Tourondel. He also spent four years at Petrossian under
the guidance of Joseph Pace (formerly of Bouley).
Most recently, he spent three months at restaurant
Jean-Georges.
