Dining facilities:

• Personal Cook - Each villa has a personal cook who is standing by from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. to prepare meals either from our menu or cooked to the guests' specific order.

• Catered Meals - We can provide private catered meals served at the Wantilan Golf  Villas for small groups and gatherings. Entertainment, including Balinese cultural show, live music and Batavia Keroncong band can be arranged during or after a catered meal. Indonesian, western and seafood barbeques are particular favorites of our guests at Wantilan Golf Villas.

Green fee discounts on golf for in-house guests:

• Full Villa rental for 1 - 4 nights, receive 30% discount.

• Full Villa rental 5 - 9 nights, receive one complimentary 18-hole round per guest and 40% discount on additional rounds.

• Full Villa rental 10 nights or more, receive two complimentary 18-hole rounds per guest and 50% discount from published rates on additional rounds.

• Individual bedroom rental receive 15% discount.

During peak season period, 50% deposit should be settled 30 days after confirmation and balance payment should be settled 2 months prior to the check-in date. If the booking is made within 2 months from the day of stay, 100% deposit should be settled as soon as possible following booking confirmation. If the booking is made more than 2 months before check-in but less than 3 months before check-in, 100% payment should be settled 2 months before the check-in date.

• Cancellations with one month or more notice in advance will be fully refundable.
• Cancellations with two weeks to one months advance notice will be 50% refundable from the total number of nights booked.
• Cancellations with less than 2 weeks advance notice will not be refundable and will be subject to 100% charge for the total number of nights booked.
• Cancellations of bookings during peak season will not be refundable.
